§ Mr. ALLEN PARKINSONasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury if his attention has been called to cases of evasion of the Industrial Insurance Acts by the connivance of certain industrial assurance companies who insure children's lives for sums beyond the legal limit appropriate to the age of the children and safeguarding themselves against an open breach of the law by returning the premiums instead of paying the benefits insured for; and whether he will take steps to make this practice illegal?
