§ Mr. W. BAKERasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether it is proposed to make any reduction in the pay of the men in the Royal Fleet Reserve and the Royal Naval Reserve, if and when called up for duty, and also to reduce the pay of the lower deck in the Navy; and whether an opportunity will be afforded to the House to express an opinion before any reduction in the pay of the Navy is made?
