§ Mr. PALINGasked the Secretary for Mines if ho has the information and, if not, will he take the necessary steps to collect the same, as to how many collieries in Germany employ winding engines with steam drive and electric drive, respectively; what is the total number of accidents due to overwinding during the last 10 years; and how many of such accidents have occurred where electric drive is used?
