§ Mr. LANSBURYasked the President of the Board of Trade whether, in view of the fact that 600 tractors were recently purchased in the United States of America by the Soviet Government on behalf of the Ukrainian Republic, that these tractors have already been disposed of to the cultivators in Ukraine, that it has been decided to place a further order in the United States of America, and in view of the importance of securing similar orders for Great Britain, His Majesty's Government will extend the scope of the Trade Facilities Acts to trade between Great Britain and Russia?
