§ Mr. FENBYasked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been called to the fact that at Orton, Waterville, in the County of Huntingdon, the trustees of Pembroke College, Cambridge, have prohibited the use by inhabitants not living on their property of the pump at which the villagers have obtained water for a hundred years; and will he make inquiries and take such steps as he is able to secure for this village an adequate supply of water?
