Mr. GUINNESSMen and women clerks employed by the National Savings Committee are paid the regulated Civil Service scales for their respective grades. These are not the same for men as for women. The question of differentiation between the sexes was overlooked when the present scales for local commissioners and assistant commissioners were laid down
