§ Colonel ASHLEYThe statistical basis on which the amount is to be calculated is to be prepared by the companies and agreed with the Joint Electricity Authority, subject to an appeal to the Electricity Commissioners, within six months of the establishment of the Joint Authority under the London and Home Counties Electricity District Order which is now before me for confirmation. The amount cannot therefore yet be stated.
