§ Sir E. CECILasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether he 737W can now see his way to recommend an assimilation of the rates of pension under pre-War Regulations with the higher rates under post-War Regulations?
§ Mr. LAWSONAs regards Army pensions, officers and soldiers with pre-War pensions who served in the Army during the War have had their pensions reassessed on the post-War scale. Those who did not so serve, and civilians, are dealt. with under the Pensions (Increase) Acts of 1920 and 1924. I regret that I do not see my way to recommend a variation of these arrangements.
