§ Mr. SHAWRecords are not kept in such a manner as to give the number of men placed in employment after their discharge by a particular employer, and I regret that the figures desired could not he supplied without detailed inquiries involving considerable expense. I may say, however, that the total number of men placed in employment by the Woolwich Employment Exchange between 5th February and 29th September is 2,404.
