§ Mr. EMLYN-JONESasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware of the dissatisfaction expressed by boards of guardians in reference to the grant of 4s. per week now made towards the cost of the maintenance of lunatics; and whether he will take steps to so increase the grant as to bring it more into proportion with the present cost of maintenance?
