The outstanding nominal capital of the loans covered by the decree of Moharrem and the decree annex of 1903 are as232W follows: unified converted debt, £33,116,876; "lots turcs," £9,107,314. As regards the attitude to be adopted by His Majesty's Government in the interests of British bondholders, I would refer the hon. Gentleman to the answer given yesterday to the hon. and gallant Member for the Bilston Division of Wolverhampton (Lieut.-Colonel Howard-Bury).
