§ Mr. CLYNESNaval disarmament of Germany is, in the opinion of His Majesty's Government, practically complete. His Majesty's Government are anxious to withdraw the Naval Commission of Control as soon as possible.48W Until this is done, the supervision of German naval armaments must remain in the hands of that body.
