§ Captain BOWYERasked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been called to the increasing number of persons being admitted into the guardians' institutions who are entitled to receive benefits under the National Health Insurance Act; and will he so amend that Act as to enable guardians to claim an equitable amount of benefit in order that the money can be appropriated towards the cost of the patient's maintenance?
