§ Mr. WHEATLEYAs regards the first part of the question, I am not aware of any general dissatisfaction with the provisions of the Blind Persons Act. The answer to the second part is "yes." These representations are receiving consideration, and I am not at present in a position to say whether the Government will be prepared to promote legislation for the amendment of the Act.
