§ Sir W. MITCHELL-THOMSONasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether, in the event of it being decided to ratify the International Labour Convention regarding the use of lead paint, such ratification by His Majesty's Government will bind the Crown Colonies?
Mr. THOMASOn the ratification of the Convention by this country it would be applied to the Colonies and Protectorates, subject to the provisions of Article 421 of the Treaty of Versailles.
