§ The PRIME MINISTERI have been in close touch with persons having claims against the Soviet Government, and I doubt, therefore, whether it is necessary to receive another deputation at present. I shall, of course, be glad to consider any special points which the hon. and gallant Member may desire to bring to my notice.
