§ Mr. HODGESThe Regulations provide that promotions to acting mate shall be made annually on the 1st December, and it is anticipated that an announcement of the names of those promoted will be made shortly before that date. The names of the successful candidates for mate (E) will probably be announced about the usual date,i.e., towards the end of June.
