§ Mr. WHEATLEYI am not aware that there has been any special inquiry into the possibility of employing dockyard plant in the production of such materials as fittings for house construction. The hon. Member will appreciate that the plant and labour required for the manufacture of such materials as light castings is of a specialised nature.
