§ Mr. HODGESIf, as is presumed to be the case, the hon. Member refers to the first category of persons mentioned in the reply to his question of the 26th March, the answer is that the matter is still under consideration. The hon. Member will note, however, that the matter is one which affects all dockyards and not the Portsmouth establishment alone.
