§ Mr. WHEATLEYNo such special reports are made to my Department as a matter of routine, but when an outbreak of small-pox is investigated by one of my medical officers he reports as to all the circumstances affecting the outbreak. I may also refer my hon. Friend to the answer which I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for the North-Eastern Division of Derbyshire (Mr. Lee) on the 16th March last.
