§ Mr. EGANasked the Minister of Pensions what steps he has taken to meet the serious complaint that, in cases where the final award was set aside on appeal to the Pensions (Assessment) Appeal Tribunal, the Ministry took no further action in the case?
Mr. MUIRMy right hon. Friend has caused instructions to be issued to the effect that in all cases of this nature the officer or man concerned shall be reexamined, as soon as possible after the decision of the Tribunal, by a medical board with a view to the award of any further compensation which his condition may justify.
