§ Mr. SHAWThe Trade Boards Acts were applied to the grocery and provisions trade by the Grocery and Provisions Order, 1920, and two Trade Boards were formed, for England and Wales and for Scotland respectively. I am now in consultation with the two sides of the Boards. In reply to the second part of the question, I do not propose to introduce legislation to amend the Trade Boards Acts on the lines recommended by the Report of Lord Cave's Committee.
