§ Mr. SHAWThe United States of America are not a member of the International Labour Organisation, although 2381W the States have been associated in an unofficial capacity with certain activities of the Office. They are, however, under no obligation to take cognisance of the draft conventions adopted at sessions of the International Labour Conference.
