§ Mr. LINFIELDasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the Order in Council, relating to Constitutional reforms in Ceylon, together with the despatches dealing with this subject, will be published as a Parliamentary Paper at an early date?
Mr. THOMASMy predecessor's despatch, dealing with the provisions of the Order in Council, has now been published in a Parliamentary Paper (Cmd. 2062). The Order in Council will be included in the annual volume of Statutory Rules and Orders to be issued shortly.
