§ Mr. WHEATLEYAs regards the first part of the question, I would refer the hon. Member to my answer to a similar question on the 5th March. As regards the second part, I understand that the medical officer of health for the West Berkshire United Sanitary District is at present absent from his duties owing to illness, and that his report on housing conditions for the year 1923 has not yet been compiled.
