According to the tables published in the International Cotton Bulletin, the consumption of Indian cotton in 1921 in 2149W Great Britain amounted to approximately 137,000 cwts., and in 1922 to 236,000 cwts. For the first half of 1923 the consumption is shown as about 240,000 cwts.; figures for the completed year are not yet available.
