§ Mr. WHEATLEYUp to the 1st February, 168,430 houses had been completed under the Housing, Town Planning, Etc. Act, 1919. The average all-in-cost for houses erected under the provisions of the Act will be approximately £1,040. It is anticipated that the annual loss falling on the Exchequer will be £7,700,000 per annum.
