§ Mr. ENTWISTLEasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether he will have inquiries made into the case of Mrs. Bulmer, of 20, Argyll Street, Hull; and whether, in view of her distressed financial circumstances, he will give instructions for the refund to her of the sum of £25, deducted by the Treasury from the amount received by the Treasury from the Prudential Insurance Company, and only a portion of which has been paid to Mrs. Bulmer?
