§ Mr. GROVESasked the Minister of Pensions if he will inquire why the local West Ham Pensions Office refuses to Mr. T. C. Folley, of 140, Henniker Road, Stratford, the right of appeal against his present award?
Mr. ROBERTSAn appeal is required, by Sections 4 and 6 of the War Pensions Act, 1921, to be made within a period not exceeding 12 months from certain prescribed dates.
