§ Mr. LIVINGSTONEasked the Secretary for Scotland whether he is aware of the necessity for the immediate construction of two miles of road through the villages in the Crulivig district, in the Island of Lewis; that medical assistance can only be obtained after crossing seven miles of sea in all weathers; that children are exposed to hardship and danger when going to and from school; and whether he is prepared to put the matter of the construction of the road in hand without delay?
