Mr. HENDERSONI regret I have no power to give instructions on this subject, but in connection with the recent case which has led to the hon. Member's question, I have noted with satisfaction that the Cathedral authorities intend to take precautions to make a fall from the parapet impossible, and I hope their example will be followed by all authorities responsible for similar places to which the public have access.
