Mr. SMITHAs regards the first part of this question, I would refer the hon. Baronet to my right hon. Friend's reply on the 28th ultimo to a question put by the hon. Member for Woodbridge (Sir A. Churchman). My right hon. Friend does not contemplate any action as is suggested in the second part of this question.
