§ Mr. WHITELEYasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that Mr. and Mrs. John Wright, of 29, Portland Street, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, applied to the local vaccination officer for a form of declaration of objection to vaccination and were refused; that Mr. Wright then stated he would secure one from the National Anti-Vaccination League, or some such body, and was told by the officer that if he received one of these forms he would tear it up, and that on receipt of a letter from Mr. Arthur Trobridge the officer sent Mr. Wright a form, and on getting 1413W a communication from the clerk of the guardians denied that he acted as Mr. Wright stated; and whether he will make inquiry into this matter?
