§ Mr. BARNESasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware of the delay caused to pedestrian and vehicular traffic at the Manor Way, North Woolwich, owing to the bridges at the entrance to King George's Dock being frequently up and the time taken for vessels to pass through; and whether his Department can take any steps to mitigate this nuisance?
