§ Mr. RAFFETYasked the Under-Secretary of State for India whether he is aware of the dissatisfaction amongst retired members of the uncovenanted service, who retired before 23rd July, 1918, as to their pensions; and whether it is proposed to hold an inquiry into the merits of this claim that they should receive the increases granted or recommended in the case of those who retired after that date?
