Mr. T. THOMSONasked the Minister of Pensions whether he will revise the Regulations which prevent an ex-service man undergoing home treatment from receiving any monetary allowance even when the disability for which he is being treated prevents him from following his normal occupation?
Mr. ROBERTSI regret that I cannot, at present, see my way to accepting the suggestion of my hon. Friend. I may, perhaps, add that there are at the present time about 8,000 men undergoing courses of treatment at home and drawing full allowances under Article 6 (1) of the Royal Warrant.
