§ Miss BONDFIELDI would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the reply given by my hon. Friend, the Financial Secretary to the Treasury, to a similar question by the hon. Member for Dumbarton (Mr. Kirkwood) on the 19th June. Similar considerations apply also to the suggested reopening of the factory mentioned in the question.
