§ Sir K. WOODasked the Minister of Pensions whether he will reconsider the case of Mr. T. F. Lazell, of 2, Red Lion Place, Shooters Hill, who is claiming a pension on the ground that his present disability is attributable to his military service?
Mr. ROBERTSI have already explained to the hon. Member, in the course of correspondence with him, that the position in the case is that the rejection of the man's disability has been confirmed by the independent Appeals Tribunal, and it is not possible for the case to be reconsidered unless additional evidence can be produced to show that the original decision was incorrect. If any such evidence is forthcoming, and the hon. Member will forward it to me, I shall be glad to consider whether any further action can be taken.
