§ Mr. AMMONThe circumstances attending the liability of Frederick Tongue, late Stoker Petty Officer, O.N. 312,289, to the ordinary penalties consequent upon desertion have already been investigated and the Admiralty is unable to authorise payment of the prize money referred to, or the issue of medals.
