Great Britain 155,935
France 732,248
Germany 100,000
Czechoslovakia 149,877
Russia 1,003,000
These figures represent authorized strengths, excluding reserves and Colonial troops, and excluding, in the case of Great Britain, the Territorial Army, which has no analogue amongst the Powers named. The authorised peace strength of the Territorial Army is 185,554.
