§ Mr. MILLARasked the Minister of Agriculture whether he has received representations from the local authorities in Fife, requesting that the foot-and-mouth disease restrictions placed upon the districts of Auchtermuchty and Strathmiglo should be revoked entirely or limited in their application to a two-mile radius, and that the Regulations should provide for the movement of stock out of the area to a slaughter-house; and whether he is prepared to give effect to the views of the local authority?
§ Mr. BUXTONRestrictions were withdrawn from the parishes in question by an Order issued on the 18th inst. and operating at midnight on the 22nd inst.
