§ Mr. BAKERasked the Minister of Transport whether, seeing that he has no power to make Regulations with regard to the use of carrier tricycles in London traffic, he will consider the possibility of introducing legislation to secure such powers?
§ Mr. GOSLINGThe London Traffic Bill, which is at present before the House, will, if passed, increase the powers of the Minister of Transport to regulate all forms of traffic in the area covered by the Bill. At the same time I think it is doubtful whether it would be desirable to make any special Regulations affecting carrier tricycles as such.
