HC Deb 04 June 1924 vol 174 cc1270-1W
Mr. AYLES

asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury if he can see his way clear, in the interests of educational research, to supply copies of all Parliamentary papers and publications to the universities free of cost?

Mr. GRAHAM

The universities are in receipt of considerable grants from the State and arrangements have recently been made for supplying them at half price with any publications issued by the Stationery Office. I do not think that a free supply of all publications would represent the best method of giving further assistance to educational research.
