asked the Attorney-General w[...]her his attention has been drawn to advertisement of a furnishing firm a[...]aring in a certain newspaper, whi[...]purports to imply that the Public True sends customers to the particular [...]ertising firm with a view to purchasi the firm's goods; whether the Public [...]stee has sent any persons to particul[...]rms; and, if not, whether he will take necessary steps to cause such adve[...]tnents to cease?

The ATTNEY-GENERAL

My attention hasen drawn to the advertisement in[...]ction It is entirely un-authorised, the implication as to the practice of Public Trustee has no foundation in fact. An undertaking has been obtained from the firm in question that it will not repeat the advertisement, or make use of the name of the office in any future advertisement.
