§ Mr. LUMLEYasked the Minister of Health if he has received any resolutions from boards of guardians urging him to take the necessary action to provide proper care and attention for old age pensioners who are unable, by reason of infirmity, lack of friends, or poverty, to look after themselves; and, if so, whether he proposes to take the necessary action?
