§ Mr. STURROCKasked the First Commissioner of Works whether he is aware that taxi-cab drivers make use of a stand and shelter in Palace Yard, although they may decline to answer a police summons for a cab when Members of this House are going home; and whether he will cause Regulations to be issued under which the privilege of shelter in Palace Yard shall not he abused in this fashion?
