HC Deb 31 July 1924 vol 176 c2270W
Mr. BARKER

asked the Minister of Pensions if he has received an appeal from ex-Corporal Skidmore, D.C.M., 14, Hill Street, Abertillery, Monmouthshire, asking for revision and restoration of his pension; if he is aware that this case has been before three medical boards and a different decision has been given on each occasion, with the result that this man is now without pension; and will he grant the appeal made for revision without delay?

Mr. ROBERTS

No recent application appears to have been received from this man. The compensation awarded to him for the small degree of disablement found to exist is in accordance with the decision of the Pensions Appeal Tribunal. I may add that if the man considers that he requires treatment for his war disability he should apply to the local office of the Ministry.
