Marquess of TITCHFIELDasked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been called to an open letter in the "Workers' Weekly" of the 25th July, addressed to soldiers, sailors and airmen, adjuring them to turn their weapons on the capitalists, their oppressors, and urging them to form committees in every barracks, aerodrome and ship; and what step he intends to take to suppress such literature?
