asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies the personnel of the Committee which will proceed to East Africa to study conditions on the spot and report to the parent Committee at home; its date of departure; and its anticipated date of return?

I would refer the hon. Member to the reply just given to the hon. Member for Romford (Mr. Rhys). The Commission will return to England in the first half of December.
