HC Deb 23 July 1924 vol 176 cc1341-2W
Sir K. WOOD

asked the Ministry of Pensions whether he can give further consideration to the case of Mr. L. O. Monck, of Maxey Road, Plumstead, who is suffering from a gun-shot wound, and has only been assessed as his degree of disablement at less than 20 per cent.?

Mr. ROBERTS

This man has received the full amount of compensation to which he has been adjudged to be entitled under the Royal Warrant, and, as has been explained to the hon. Member in correspondence, the findings of the Ministry have been confirmed on appeal by the independent Pensions (Assessment) Appeal Tribunal.
